Sandrock Save Reader

The Sandrock Save Reader is a tiny, free companion for the Sandrock tracker for My Time at Sandrock.

Point it at your game and it reads your save, then makes a small file you load into the tracker so it instantly matches where you actually are: your in-game date, your museum donations, the villagers you've met, and every quest you've completed. No more ticking things off by hand.

How to use it

1. Download and run AlmanacSaveReader.exe. There's nothing to install.
2. It automatically finds your newest Steam save, reads it, and drops an almanac-import.json file right next to itself.
3. Open the Almanac tracker's Import page, choose that file, review what it will change, and import.

That's it. It's a one-time sync whenever you want to catch the tracker up to your game.

Safe by design

The reader only ever reads your save. It never edits, moves, or deletes it, so there's zero risk to your game.

Heads up

Because the tool isn't code-signed, Windows may show a "Windows protected your PC" warning the first time you run it. Click More info, then Run anyway. This is normal for small indie tools.
